AYUSHMAN BHARAT CAMP IN JHARKHAND

A camp related to spreading awareness and enrolling beneficiaries under Ayushaman Bharat scheme was organized in the remote district of Saraikela in Jharkhand.

झारखंड में आयुष्मान भारत शिविर

झारखंड के सुदूर जिला सरायकेला में आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत जागरूकता फैलाने और लाभार्थियों को नामांकित करने से संबंधित एक शिविर का आयोजन किया गया।

People from in and around the locality visited the camp to understand the benefits of this scheme and also enrolled themselves so as to take healthcare benefits in an affordable manner.

इस योजना के लाभों को समझने के लिए और इस इलाके के आसपास के लोगों ने शिविर का दौरा किया और खुद को नामांकित किया ताकि किफायती तरीके से स्वास्थ्य लाभ ले सकें।

 

AYUSHMAN BHARAT CAMP IN CHANDIGARH

Ayushman Bharat camp was organised at Indira Colony Manimajra in Chandigarh. CSC team also interacted with the beneficiaries and informed them in detail regarding the enrolment and on how to use the card.

चंडीगढ़ में आयुष्मान भारत शिविर

चंडीगढ़ में इंदिरा कॉलोनी मनीमाजरा में आयुष्मान भारत शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। सीएससी टीम ने लाभार्थियों के साथ बातचीत की और उन्हें नामांकन के बारे में और कार्ड का उपयोग करने के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

 

MANDATORY PRINTING OF AYUSHMAN BHARAT GOLDEN CARDS

Dear VLE
It is mandatory for CSCs to print all the approved Ayushman Bharat Card and handover to beneficiaries. This is to inform you that CSC SPV will deduct the 50% payment from CSC wallet of CSC VLEs who have not printed the Ayushman Bharat Golden cards.
Other guidelines for VLEs for Ayushman Bharat Service;

• VLE should not charge any fee before printing of Golden Cards.
• VLE should not charge fee more than prescribed i.e Rs 30 per card.
• VLE should do the proper scanning and uploading of documents required for beneficiary validation. Only good quality and legible documents to be uploaded and any illegible document will be rejected.
• VLE should ensure the entry of proper details of beneficiaries.

In-case of high rejections of beneficiaries' card, necessary action will be taken against the VLE.
In-case of any defaults by VLEs on above instructions or VLE involved in any type of fraud activities, FIR will be lodged against him/her along with permanently block of CSC Id.

आयुष्मान भारत गोल्डन कार्ड्स की अनिवार्य छपाई

प्रिय VLE
सीएससी के लिए सभी स्वीकृत आयुष्मान भारत कार्ड को प्रिंट करना और लाभार्थियों को सौंपना अनिवार्य है। यह आपको सूचित करना है कि CSC SPV CSC VLE के CSC वॉलेट से 50% भुगतान काट देगा, जिन्होंने आयुष्मान भारत स्वर्ण कार्ड नहीं छपवाए हैं।
आयुष्मान भारत सेवा के लिए वीएलई के लिए अन्य दिशानिर्देश;

• गोल्डन कार्ड की छपाई से पहले वीएलई को कोई शुल्क नहीं देना चाहिए।
• वीएलई को निर्धारित से अधिक शुल्क नहीं लेना चाहिए अर्थात प्रति कार्ड 30 रु।
• VLE को लाभार्थी सत्यापन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की उचित स्कैनिंग और अपलोडिंग करनी चाहिए। केवल अच्छी गुणवत्ता और सुपाठ्य दस्तावेजों को अपलोड किया जाना है और किसी भी अवैध दस्तावेज को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।
• वीएलई को लाभार्थियों के उचित विवरण के प्रवेश को सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए।

लाभार्थियों के कार्ड के उच्च अस्वीकृति के मामले में, वीएलई के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
उपरोक्त निर्देशों या वीएलई पर किसी भी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी गतिविधियों में शामिल वीएलई द्वारा किसी भी चूक के मामले में, उसके खिलाफ सीएससी आईडी के स्थायी ब्लॉक के साथ एफआईआर दर्ज की जाएगी।
