Sbi awareness beware of fake offers and call from fraudster

 Beware of fake offers by tele calls/SMS/email/social media asking money towards charges/fee/duty/tax against Prize/Lottery/Gift/job/goods/waiver of three months EMI / Direct Benefit Transfer / Wrong link for depositing money in any Relief / Welfare Fund /other services etc. 

•  

  Never ever share your personal account details with unknown persons. Your account might be used for collecting proceeds of crime exposing you to criminal investigations / trials. 

•    Our bank or any of our representatives never sends email/SMS or make calls to customers to get customer’s personal information, password or one-time OTP (High security) password. 

•    You may also immediately bring the details of such offers / incidents into the notice of local police authorities for booking the culprit and also inform the same to nearest SBI Branch.

•    Never use Google search engine for finding contact number of SBI branches and its details. Use only SBI authorized website for this purpose.

•    Keep your password and PIN secret. Please change it from time to time.

•    दूरभाष/ एस एम एस/ईमेल/सोशल मीडिया से सूचित पुरस्कार/लॉटरी/गिफ्ट/ नौकरी/तीनमहीनोकाकिस्तमाफकरने / डीबीटीजमाकरने / किसी कल्याण कोष मे जमा करने हेतु गलत लिंक /सस्तीवस्तु उपलब्ध कराने वाले प्रस्ताव के लालच में कदापि न आयें एवं संबंधित शुल्क /कर / अग्रिम की राशि खाते में जमा मांगने वाले धूर्त प्रयासों से खुद भी बचें और दूसरों को भी बचाएं ।

•  

  अपने खाते से संबन्धित जानकारी जैसे खाता संख्या, आइएनबी एवं एटीएम कार्ड   व्यक्तियों से कदापि साझा न करें । इनका अवैध प्रयोग किया जा सकता है जिससे आप पर कानूनी कार्यवाही हो सकती है। 

•    हमारे बैंक या हमारे कोई प्रतिनिधि, ग्राहको की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी जैसे कि एटीएम पिन / इन्टरनेट पासवर्ड, वन टाईम पासवर्ड / सी वी वी संख्या पूछने के लिए कभी भी ई-मेल / एस एम एस / दूरभाष का प्रयोग नहीं करते है /

•    आप अपराधी को पकड़ने के लिए इस तरह के प्रस्तावों / घटनाओं का विवरण  तुरंत स्थानीय पुलिस अधिकारियों के संज्ञान में ला सकते हैं और नजदीकी एसबीआई शाखा को भी सूचित कर सकते हैं।

•    शाखा संपर्क विवरण प्राप्त करने के लिए गुगल सर्च इंजन पर उपलब्ध संपर्क नंबर और विवरण पर भरोसा न करें। इस उद्देश्य के लिए केवल हमारी एसबीआई वेबसाइट का उपयोग करें।

•    अपना पिन और पासवर्ड गुप्त रखें। समय-समय पर बैंक से संबंधित पासवर्ड बदलें।
