इस प्रकार आप अपने आधार कार्ड की डुप्लिकेट कॉपी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, 

1) यूआईडीएआई की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर लॉग-इन करें।

2) 'ऑर्डर आधार पुनर्मुद्रण' विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।

3) अपना आधार नंबर (UID) या एनरोलमेंट आईडी (EID) डालें।

4) स्क्रीन पर प्रदर्शित सिक्योरिटी कोड में टाइप करें और 'गेट ओटीपी' बटन पर क्लिक करें।

5) व्यक्ति के पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर / ई-मेल पते पर एक ओटीपी भेजा जाएगा।

6) मोबाइल नंबर पर प्राप्त ओटीपी को इनपुट करें और 'वेरिफाई ओटीपी' बटन पर क्लिक करें।

7) पृष्ठ एक भुगतान गेटवे पर पुनर्निर्देशित करेगा जहां आपको page 50 (जीएसटी और स्पीड पोस्ट शुल्क को मिलाकर) का भुगतान करना होगा।

8) सफल भुगतान के बाद, आपका आधार कार्ड प्रिंट हो जाएगा और आपको 15 दिनों के भीतर स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से भेज दिया जाएगा।

रानी दुर्गावती विश्व विद्यालय (आरडीवीवी) जबलपुर इस बार बीए द्वितीय वर्ष की परीक्षा 2019 का परिणाम घोषित 


परिणामों की जांच करने के लिए, छात्र सीधे rdujabalpur.net/rduoptn6.php पर जा सकते हैं और रोल नंबर दर्ज कर सकते हैं। एक सुरक्षा कोड भी दर्ज करना होगा, जो कि एक सरल गणितीय प्रश्न है, जैसे कुछ और।

CSC SPV is conducting a campaign during October 2-5, 2019 to commemorate the 150th birthanniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and propagate his message of peace, non-violence and cleanliness.Under the campaign,
all cSCs should carry out the following activities during the period:

2: Spread the message of cleanliness & non-violence
Celebrate Gandhi Jayanti by inviting prominent citizens and community members to the function and carry out a pledge to uphold spirit of non-violence.

Conduct Swachhta Abhiyan at places close to their CSC, for example, school, bus stand,
market place, etc.
create awareness on banning Single use plastic and mobilize citizens to collect plastiC waste from their Surroundings and ensure proper disposal.

October 3: Promote health & hygiene in the community Conduct awareness drives in the community to stress upon the issue of menstrual health and hygiene. Distribute Stree Swabhiman sanitary napkins in the community and schools.

October 4: Empower citizens through Digital Literacy Conduct drives for enrolling candidates from marginalized groups like OBC/sc/ST and PwD under PMGDISHA scheme.

October 5: Observe National Pension Day
Enrol farmers, unorganized sector workers, and citizens, particularly from marginalized
communities, under PMKMY, PMSYM, and Ayushman Bharat.

Standard Guidelines for VLEs

Visit www.pmgdisha.in to login into the PMGDISHA portal.

Training centres will nominate the Examination Centre Invigilator, who in turn shall be authorized to verify the candidates at the time of examination and in case of any malpractice including impersonation cases, that ES will be held responsible and CSC- SPV shall take necessary action against that centre.

A training centre can allocate more than one Invigilator at the training centres .The Invigilator should have basic computer knowledge. He can be a government teacher, Government officers or a member of Panchayat

The Invigilator must be present at all times during the examination of the candidates
All the examination candidates shall have carry their original Aadhaar Card and photo ldentity card. No photo copy shall be accepted during the examination.

3 Pan Card
4 Bank Pass Book with Candidates Photograph

Make sure that the photo on the photo identity card is clear and visible to the proctor During the examination the proctors ask for photo and photo identity card of the candidates which might not be clear. The proctors ask to resubmit the same again and again till picture & identity card is clear, this increases the waiting time. Hence, it would help if a clear photo and photo identity cards are submitted on the first go.

Candidates shall carry their ID proofs while appearing for examination as proctor can ask for their ID proofs any time during exam.

The examination system should be equipped with basic software and infrastructure i.e. Web camera, Biometric Device & Updated Java

The examination centre / training centre should be properly lit during the examination so that the face of the candidate is visible during the examination. Lighting by torches, candles etc will not be acceptable

The distance between candidate and screen should not be more than 1.5 meters.
Make sure that the internet is at a relatively high speed. Low internet speed may result inconnection breaks asking for re- authentication of candidates increasing the wait time.

Don'ts



During examination, devices other than the webcam should not be connected with the
computer.

Make sure the candidate does not have any electronic device and printed text materials.

Do not install any remotes sharing software in the examination systems. PMU can take actionsagainst centres following such practices.

The candidate shall not open any other tab or website during the course of the examination.The examination will cancelled immediately in such cases.

Make sure the candidate does not press the submit button before completing the exams.

Don't move the camera away from the candidates face. It should be directly pointing at the candidate or else the examination shall be paused or cancelled

No other person should be present in front of the camera other then the examination candidate. The examination will be cancelled.

The candidate is not to leave the computer for more than two orthree minutes. The examination will be cancelled in this case.

In case of impersonation and forgery cases the training centre/ partner shall be blacklisted.

Do not disconnect the examination while the proctors are communicating with the candidate.In such case the examination will be cancelled and the centre/ Invigilator shall be liable for further action against them.

Note: In case of repeated malpractices, forgery and cheating cases the Centre/Invigilator/ Partner shall be liable for any legal action to be taken by CSC SPV.

The Government is commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2, 2019 at national level to propagate his message. 

In the run-up to the anniversary, all CSCs are to be involved in various activities in September with the objective of bringing focus on the vision of Mahatma Gandhi and mobilize citizens towards the path of making India a clean, healthy and inclusive society.


The VLEs are to carry out the following activitiesduring September 23-25:


September 23: Conduct awareness drives in the community to stress upon
the issue of menstrual health and hygiene. Distribute sanitary napkins among
girls and women in the community and schools.


September 24: Organize Swachhta Abhiyan at public spaces like school, bus
stand, market place, etc. Mobilize citizens to collect plastic waste from their
spaces and ensure its proper disposal.

September 25: Conduct tree plantation drives, involving citizens, thereby
promoting conservation of the environment.

1 अक्टूबर से एसबीआई के नए एटीएम निकासी शुल्क, संशोधन


देश का सबसे बड़ा बैंक स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (SBI) 1 अक्टूबर से प्रभावी सेवा शुल्क को वापस लेने के संबंध में कुछ बदलाब किये है । बैंक अपने ग्राहकों को महीने में 8-10 बार एटीएम में मुफ्त लेनदेन की अनुमति देता है। नि: शुल्क लेनदेन के इन अनिवार्य संख्या के ऊपर और ऊपर, एसबीआई अपने ग्राहकों को एक निश्चित राशि वसूलता है। 1 अक्टूबर से प्रभावी, एसबीआई एटीएम में अपर्याप्त शेष और कार्डलेस कैश निकासी के कारण लेनदेन में गिरावट के लिए भी चार्ज करेगा।


पाँच एसबीआई एटीएम निकासी शुल्क के बारे में कुछ बातें:
1) नियमित बचत बैंक खाता धारकों को आठ नि: शुल्क लेनदेन प्राप्त होते हैं, जिनमें एसबीआई एटीएम में पांच लेनदेन और अन्य बैंक एटीएम में तीन लेनदेन शामिल हैं। गैर-महानगरों में, ऐसे खाताधारकों को 10 मुफ्त लेनदेन प्राप्त होते हैं, जिनमें एसबीआई एटीएम में पांच और अन्य बैंक एटीएम में पांच शामिल हैं।

2) एसबीआई इस सीमा से परे किसी भी अतिरिक्त लेनदेन के लिए S 5 प्लस जीएसटी से लेकर G 20 प्लस जीएसटी तक शुल्क लेता है।
3) 1 अक्टूबर से प्रभावी, एसबीआई अपर्याप्त संतुलन के कारण लेनदेन में गिरावट के लिए G 20 प्लस जीएसटी चार्ज करेगा
4) एसबीआई एटीएम पर कार्डलेस कैश निकासी के लिए  22 प्लस जीएसटी भी वसूल करेगा।
5) सभी स्थानों पर सभी वेतन खातों के लिए, SBI स्टेट बैंक समूह (SBG) के एटीएम और अन्य बैंक एटीएम में मुफ्त असीमित लेनदेन प्रदान करता है।


हालांकि, अपने खाते में एक न्यूनतम न्यूनतम शेष राशि को बनाए रखते हुए, आप एसबीआई एटीएम और अन्य बैंक एटीएम में भी असीमित लेनदेन कर सकते हैं। बैंक वर्तमान में अपने ग्राहकों को भारतीय स्टेट बैंक समूह (SBG) के एटीएम में असीमित मुफ्त लेनदेन की अनुमति देता है, जिन्होंने अपने बचत बैंक खाते में above 25,000 से ऊपर का मासिक औसत बैलेंस बनाए रखा है।

Concept of Personnel Management


The personnel management is that part of the management which pertains to the employees and other labour-class workers who have to be managed for their proper working.  In other words, it may also be sad that for the purpose of maximum efficient utilisation of the labour power, studying the problems of the employees and searching out as well as implementing their humanitarian and scientific solutions, might be designated as 'personnel management'.

                It has become almost the main duty of the management to look to the proper working conditions, etc. of the employees. It is not surprising that some of the welfare activities too are sometimes included within the jurisdiction of the personnel managers. Thus the personnel management is concerned with that science which attempts to resort to the best utilisation and maximum use of the manpower working in the industrial units. It, thus, includes the complete development of the personality of the employees working in the industrial concerns. Since the nature of this work is of a technical type, it needs the personnel managers to be well conversant with the latest techniques in the sphere. Thus it is that aspect of the managemenT  process which is related to the human elements of an organisation.Definitions of Personnel Management.

(1) Recruitment of employees.

personnel manager has to decide wage-rates whether piece-rate, time rate
or incentive wages system.

particular financial and non-financial incentives will be paid to workers in
addition to wages and salaries.
(4) Integration of employees
(a) Motivation. The management must encourage the employees by
making provisions of financial and non-financial incentives linked with efficiency.
(b) Co-operation. There should be maximum co-operation
between individuals and groups to achieve the maximum objectives of the
business.
(c) Elimination of conflicts. An effective management resolves
conflicts between individuals and groups and prevents their recurrence.
(d) Mutual exchange of views. There should be proper
arrangement of meeting between workers and management, so that each
others doubts and misunderstandings are removed.
(e) Group agreements. Group meeting should be held to consider
the causes for workers unrest and management's views. Efforts should be
made to reconcile the disputes through agreements.

(5) Maintenance of personnel

We are happy to inform all of you that CSC E-Governance Service India Ltd has started New Tractor, Used Tractor & Used Car loan Lead Service with TVS on Digital Seva portal. This time CSChas taken up the ground feedback /requirement of the farmers for giving them the loan facility for the new and used peripherals of farming.
Currently these services are offered to the customers living in the rural areas with Limited states, where the merchant has strong reach in dealing and serving of the customer's loan request. The plan of TVS is to make all their products active across India after the success of pilot which is being done in few states.

Steps for generating New Tractor, Used Tractor & Used Car Lead

Step 1. Open the https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/


Step 2.VLE has to click on the "VLE Login" button & use his/her credentials to login.
Step 3. Type TVS Loan in the search box option.
Step 4. Once the VLE wil go to the loan portal select the desired loan to apply.
Step 5. VLE to check the requirementof the customer and input the same on the portal to generate New Tractor, Used Tractor & Used Car loan Lead .

Step 6. Once the lead is submitted with TVS the authorised Person of TVS will connect to the VLE and customer for executing the request.

Commission to VLE


CSC channel will get the below commission from the merchant and CSC will bifurcate 80:20 as per the standard
distribution system of CSC.
