VLE Dr. Rajani Sodera is organizing Ayushmaan Bharat registration camps actively in Digi Gaon Susnigaria Panchayat. Dr. Rajani Sodera is a Homoeopathic practitioner and is also associated with a non-governmental organization ‘SHAPES’ (Social Health Awareness and Public Enhancement Society). Through her work she intends to make a social impact in the region.

Dr. Rajani joined the CSC ecosystem in July 2017. Since then, she has been providing various services like income certificate, residential and caste certificates, Homeo 999, digital literacy training through PMGDISHA, banking services. Her latest venture has been the sanitary napkin manufacturing unit.

VLE MAKES AYUSHMAN BHARAT CARD FOR CANCER PATIENT

VLE Charanjit Singh in Bhatinda, Punjab went to the house of a cancer patient who need fiscal support for treating his cancer as cancer treatment can be quite expensive in the country was contacted by the CSC VLE who helped him out in registering himself so that he can take advantage of the benefits of the scheme.

MANDATORY PRINTING OF AYUSHMAN 

BHARAT GOLDEN CARDS

Dear VLE
It is mandatory for CSCs to print all the approved Ayushman Bharat Card and handover to
 beneficiaries. This is to inform you that CSC SPV will deduct the 50% payment from
CSC wallet of CSC VLEs who have not printed the Ayushman Bharat Golden cards.
Other guidelines for VLEs for Ayushman Bharat Service;

• VLE should not charge any fee before printing of Golden Cards.
• VLE should not charge fee more than prescribed i.e Rs 30 per card.
• VLE should do the proper scanning and uploading of documents required for
•  beneficiary validation. Only good quality and legible documents to 
• be uploaded and any illegible document will be rejected.
• VLE should ensure the entry of proper details of beneficiaries.

In-case of high rejections of beneficiaries' card, necessary action will be taken against the VLE.
In-case of any defaults by VLEs on above instructions or VLE involved in any
type of fraud activities, FIR will be lodged against him/her along with permanently block of
CSC Id.

Process flow:
Step 1: Identify a woman from a registered SHG
Step 2: Apply her CSC ID (https://register.csc.gov.in/)
Step 3: Note the CSC VLE registration application reference number
Step 4: Go to (http://cschealth.in/)
Step 5: Click on VLE login, use your CSC ID & password to login
Step 6: Click on “Self Care Group” icon
Step 7: Enter your Mobile no. and verify OTP
Step 8: Enter your details and click on submit
Step 9: Click on “Register SHG member”
Step 10: Enter the mobile no. of the SHG member and verify OTP
Step 11: Enter the SHG details (SHG name and registration number of SHG)
Step 12: Enter the SHG member details & upload her photograph (upto 50Kb)
Step 13: Enter the Aadhaar and PAN no.
Step 14: Click on “I have applied for CSC ID”

Under the initiative of Ayushman Bharat, citizens who are financially weak and have difficulties in affording medical services are being given the opprtunity to register themselves with health indurance through registering for the Ayushman Golden Card.


At Dhantola panchayat in Bihar, recently online registarion of Ayushman Bharat card was organised where prople from all around the loaclity came around to take advantage of the scheme. Online booths for registration were also set up. In the process around 250 people registered themselves for the golden card.

आयुष्मान भारत की पहल के तहत, ऐसे नागरिक जो आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर हैं और उन्हें चिकित्सा सेवाओं को प्राप्त करने में कठिनाई हो रही है, उन्हें आयुष्मान स्वर्ण कार्ड के लिए पंजीकरण के माध्यम से स्वास्थ्य संकेत देने के लिए खुद को पंजीकृत करने की छूट दी गई है । बिहार के धंतोला पंचायत में, हाल ही में आयुष्मान भारत कार्ड के ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण का आयोजन किया गया था, जहाँ योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए चारों ओर से लोगों का आना शुरू हो गया था। 

पंजीकरण के लिए ऑनलाइन बूथ भी बनाए गए थे। इस प्रक्रिया में लगभग 250 लोगों ने स्वर्ण कार्ड के लिए अपना पंजीकरण कराया ।

Under this scheme, a monthly pension of Rs.3,000/- will be provided to all eligible Small and Marginal Farmers. Farmers between 18 and 40 years of age are eligible to join the scheme upon payment of monthly contribution between Rs.55 to Rs.200.

It is mandatory for all the VLE’s to enrol minimum 100 farmers under this scheme by tomorrow (15^th August, 2019) end of day. The VLE’s may call the farmers from their respective sub-district and register them for the PM-KMY scheme. The details of the farmers are available

The Government of India had introduced a farmer scheme for farmers under the name Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PM Kisan Maan Dhan Yojana). The name of this scheme was Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana. Registration for this has started from 9 August 2019. For this, the government has set some criteria. Five crore farmers of the country will get the benefit of this central government scheme. On completion of 60 years, the central government will give a monthly pension of Rs 3000 to every farmer.

Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has tweeted about this scheme. The first necessary condition for this scheme is age. You will be entitled only if you are between 18 and 40 years of age. Then you can apply. These documents are necessary for registration, if you are under forty years of age then get these necessary papers prepared for the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana. You have to have an Aadhaar card to apply. The second one which is most important is the land papers. That is the paper of measles and Khatauni. Which will tell whether you are a farmer or not. Measles and Khatauni prepares your patwari. It contains details of agricultural land. Also, there should be a savings account in any bank in your name. Also, your mobile number should be linked to your bank account and Aadhaar card.

Along with this, you should also have ration cards. At the same time, when registering, take the original and photo copy of all these documents with you. All these papers are checked at the registration center. Apart from documents, you should also have two photographs.

The premium will be fixed in such a way, for the benefit of this scheme, farmers will be paid a maximum of Rs 200 premium. But if the age is less then the premium amount will also be less. 18 years old 55, 19 years 58, 20 years 61, 21 years 64, 22 years 68, 23 years 72, 24 years 76, 25 years 80, 26 years 85, 28 years 95 , 100 on 29 years, 105 on 30 years, 110 on 31 years and 10 rupees every year for 40 years. And then the premium will reach 200 rupees.

The government will also give half the amount there, you will deposit the amount as premium in the scheme. The central government will deposit the same amount in your account. The center will have full participation in this scheme. The state government will not contribute to it. In such a situation, this scheme is completely central government. The Central Government has started this scheme in association with LIC.

These are the benefits when the farmer becomes 60 years old, then the government will give a pension of three thousand rupees every month. If the farmer dies, his wife will be entitled to receive 50% of the contribution ie Rs 1500 per month as family pension.  Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that enrollment is done free of cost under this scheme and farmers will not have to make any payment to CSC centers for enrollment. You have to go to the Public Service Centers (CSC) in your vicinity. This is where your registration will take place.

सी एस सी से प्रारम्भ हुआ सबसे बड़ा पंजीयन *प्रधानमंत्री किसान मानधन योजना*

किसानों को हर महीने मिलेगा 3000 रुपया पेंशन .

भारत सरकार ने किसानों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री किसान मानधन योजना ( PM Kisan Maan Dhan Yojana ) नाम से पेंशन योजना ( Farmer pensions scheme ) की शुरुआत की थी। इस योजना का नाम प्रधानमंत्री किसान मानधन योजना था। इसके लिए 9 अगस्त 2019 से रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू हो गया है। इसके लिए सरकार ने कुछ मापदंड तय किए हैं। केंद्र सरकार की इस योजना का लाभ देश के पांच करोड़ किसानों को मिलेगा। 60 साल पूरे होने पर केंद्र सरकार हर किसान को 3000 रुपये की मासिक पेंशन देगी।
 कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने इस योजना के बारे में ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी है। इस योजना के लिए पहली जरूरी शर्त उम्र की है। आप इसके हकदार तभी होंगे जब आपकी उम्र 18 से 40 के बीच हो। तब आप अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।
रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए जरूरी हैं ये कागजात अगर आपकी उम्र चालीस साल से कम है तो प्रधानमंत्री किसान मानधन योजना का लाभ के लिए ये जरूरी कागज तैयार करवा लें। आवेदन करने के लिए आपके पास आधार कार्ड होना जरूरी है। दूसरा जो सबसे जरूरी है वो जमीन की कागजात है। वो है खसरा और खतौनी का पेपर है। जिससे यह पता चलेगा कि आप किसान हैं कि नहीं। खसरा और खतौनी आपका पटवारी तैयार करता है। इसमें खेती की जमीन की डिटेल होती है। इसके साथ ही आपके नाम से किसी भी बैंक में कोई सेविंग अकाउंट हो। साथ ही आपका मोबाइल नंबर आपके बैंक खाते और आधार कार्ड से लिंक हो।

इसके साथ ही आपके पास राशन कार्ड भी होने चाहिए। वहीं, जब रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने जाएं तो अपने साथ ही इन सारे कागजातों के ऑरजिनल और फोटो कॉपी साथ लेकर जाएं। रजिस्ट्रेशन सेंटर पर ये सारे कागजात चेक किए जाते हैं। कागजातों के अलावे आपके पास दो फोटो भी होने चाहिए।
ऐसे तय होगा प्रीमियम इस योजना के लाभ के लिए किसानों को अधिकतर 200 रुपये प्रीमियम देय होगा। लेकिन उम्र अगर कम है तो प्रीमियम की राशि भी कम होगी। 18 साल की उम्र 55, 19 साल पर 58, 20 साल पर 61, 21 साल पर 64, 22 साल पर 68, 23 साल पर 72, 24 साल पर 76, 25 साल पर 80, 26 साल पर 85, 28 साल पर 95, 29 साल पर 100, 30 साल पर 105, 31 साल पर 110 और 40 साल तक हर साल 10 रुपये प्रीमियम में बढ़ते जाएगा। और फिर 200 रुपये तक प्रीमियम पहुंच जाएगा।
सरकार भी देगी आधी राशि वहीं, आप जितनी राशि प्रीमियम के तौर पर योजना में जमा करेंगे। उतनी ही राशि केंद्र सरकार भी आपके खाते में जमा करेगी। इस योजना में पूरी भागीदारी केंद्र की होगी। राज्य सरकार इसमें कोई अंशदान नहीं देगी। ऐसे में यह योजना पूरी तरह से केंद्र सरकार की है। केंद्र सरकार ने इस योजना की शुरुआत एलआईसी के साथ मिलकर शुरू की है।

ये हैं फायदा किसान की उम्र जब 60 साल हो जाएगी तो उसे हर महीने सरकार तीन हजार रुपये की पेंशन देगी। अगर किसान की मौत हो जाती है तो उसकी पत्नी को पारिवारिक पेंशन के रूप में अंशदान का 50% अर्थात रु 1500 प्रतिमाह प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा।


 कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने कहा है कि इस स्कीम के तहत नामांकन नि:शुल्क किया जाता है और किसानों को नामांकन के लिए सीएससी केंद्रों में कोई भुगतान नहीं करना होगा। आपको अपने आसपास में मौजूद जन सेवा केंद्रों (CSC) के  पास जाना होगा। यहीं आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा।

Do’s: ·         Always use strong and hard to guess/ complex passwords for your work computers & CSC Digital Seva Portal credential. Password must be 8 characters long and contain at least one numeric, one uppercase letter and one special character. ·         Do lock your computers/systems when not in use. to lock the systems. ·         Do activate genuine anti-virus protection software on your work computers and keep it up-to-date. ·         Computers and devices need to be updated to maintain performance and prevent issues.Patches released by Microsoft and regular Windows updates must be conducted. ·         Be cautious of suspicious emails and links. Always check the sender email ID, email subject and salutation to ensure the authenticity of it. ·         Do destroy information properly when it is no longer needed. Don’ts: ·         Don’t share your work computer’s, DSP or any other passwords credentials with anyone else. ·         Don’t install unauthorized programs or illegal software on your work computer. ·         Don’t use unlicensed products/Operating systems for your work computer. ·         Don’t use software like Team Viewer, Any desk, etc. on your work computer. ·         Don’t leave printouts containing information of customers on your desk. Lock them in the drawers. Aadhaar Security Guidelines Do’s: ·         Do obtain consent of the Aadhaar number holders to use their Aadhaar details for the specified purposes. ·         Do inform the Aadhaar number holder the following details:— o   the purpose for which the information is collected; o   whether submission of Aadhaar number or proof of Aadhaar for such purpose is mandatory or voluntary, and if mandatory, the legal provision mandating it; ·         All the communication done with the customer should be in local language so that they understand the purpose of it. Also, the Aadhaar consent information must be relayed to the beneficiaries in local language. ·         Bio Metric device should be enabled with RD compliance Don’ts: ·         Do not capture/store/use Aadhaar details of the customers. ·         Do not store biometric information of Aadhaar holders collected for authentication. ·         Do not disclose any Aadhaar related information of the customers to anyone. ·         Do not share e-kyc information of the customers to anyone.

• वीएलई के लिए सुरक्षा दिशा-निर्देश

बुनियादी सुरक्षा - 

1. हमेशा अपने कंप्यूटर और सीएससी डीएसपी क्रेडेंशियल के लिए कठिन पासवर्ड लगाएं । पासवर्ड 8 वर्णों का होना चाहिए और इसमें कम से कम एक संख्यात्मक, एक बड़ा अक्षर और एक विशेष वर्ण होना चाहिए।
2. उपयोग में न होने पर अपने कंप्यूटर / सिस्टम को लॉक करें। सिस्टम को लॉक करने के लिए (विंडोज + एल) दबाएं।
3. अपने कंप्यूटरों पर वास्तविक एंटी-वायरस सुरक्षा सॉफ़्टवेयर को सक्रिय करें और इसे अपडेट रखें।
4. समस्याओं को रोकने के लिए कंप्यूटर और उपकरणों को अपडेट करने की आवश्यकता है। Microsoft द्वारा जारी पैच और नियमित विंडोज अपडेट किए जाने चाहिए।
5. संदिग्ध ईमेल और लिंक से सावधान रहें। हमेशा इसकी प्रामाणिकता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रेषक ईमेल आईडी, ईमेल विषय और प्रणाम की जाँच करें।
6. अगर किसी जानकारी को रखने की आवश्यकता न हो तो उसे ठीक से नष्ट कर दे ।



क्या न करें:
1. अपने कंप्यूटर, डीएसपी या किसी अन्य पासवर्ड की जानकारी किसी और के साथ साझा न करें।
2. अपने कंप्यूटर पर अनधिकृत प्रोग्राम या अवैध सॉफ़्टवेयर स्थापित न करें।
3. अपने कंप्यूटर के लिए बिना लाइसेंस के उत्पादों / ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम का उपयोग न करें।
4. अपने कंप्यूटर पर टीम व्यूअर, किसी भी डेस्क आदि जैसे सॉफ़्टवेयर का उपयोग न करें।
5. अपने डेस्क पर ग्राहकों की जानकारी वाले प्रिंटआउट न रखें। उन्हें दराज में बंद कर के रखें।


आधार सुरक्षा दिशा-निर्देश
क्या करें:
1. निर्दिष्ट उद्देश्यों के लिए अपने आधार विवरण का उपयोग करने के लिए आधार संख्या धारकों की सहमति प्राप्त करें।
2. आधार संख्या धारक को निम्न विवरण से अवगत कराएं: -
3. किस उद्देश्य के लिए जानकारी एकत्र की जाती है;
4. क्या इस तरह के उद्देश्य के लिए आधार संख्या जमा करना या आधार का प्रमाण अनिवार्य या स्वैच्छिक है, और यदि अनिवार्य है, तो कानूनी प्रावधान इसे अनिवार्य करता है;
5. ग्राहक के साथ किया गया सभी संचार स्थानीय भाषा में होना चाहिए ताकि वे इसका उद्देश्य समझ सकें। साथ ही, आधार सहमति की जानकारी स्थानीय भाषा में लाभार्थियों को दी जानी चाहिए।
6. आरडी अनुपालन के साथ बायो मैट्रिक डिवाइस को सक्षम किया जाना चाहिए

क्या न करें:
1. ग्राहकों के आधार विवरण को कैप्चर / स्टोर / उपयोग न करें।
2. प्रमाणीकरण के लिए एकत्र आधार धारकों की बायोमेट्रिक जानकारी संग्रहीत न करें।
3. ग्राहकों से संबंधित किसी भी आधार की जानकारी किसी के सामने जाहिर न करें।
4. ग्राहकों की ई-केवाईसी जानकारी किसी से साझा न करें।

CSC VLE के लिए एक और नई खुशखबरी   जिन VLE  का एचडीएफसी में अकाउंट ओपन हो चुके हैं और जिनकी किट उनको उनके बताए हुए एड्रेस पर प्राप्त हो गई है अब उन सभी एचडीएफसी अकाउंट धारियों को सीएससी द्वारा बनाए गए एक नए पोर्टल पर बीसी लेने के लिए आपको बैंक मित्र पोर्टल पर जाकर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना अनिवार्य है|

  VLE  जिन्होंने इस पर रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं किया है वे सभी एचडीएफसी अकाउंट ओपन होने के बाद अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन इस पर कर ले रजिस्ट्रेशन पर किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी चार्ज पोर्टल पर नहीं लगता आप इसे आसानी से एवं किसी भी प्रकार की कोई समस्या इस पोर्टल पर नहीं आती |

   बैंक मित्र पोर्टल पर जब भी VLE रजिस्ट्रेशन करता है तो उससे IIBF एवं पुलिस वेरीफिकेशन  certificate की जानकारी मांगता है जिस पर आपको कुछ नहीं लिखना इसे आप skip कर सकते हैं | किसी भी बैंक का बीसी लेने के लिए आपके पास आईआईबीएफ एवं पुलिस वेरीफिकेशन देना अनिवार्य होता है लेकिन सीएससी vle को इन दोनों में डाक्यूमेंट्स जमा किए बगैर भी एचडीएफसी बीसी लेने के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकते हैं | सभी VLE को बीसी प्वाइंट एचडीएफसी के द्वारा दिया जाना है जिससे कि वह अपने पंचायत ग्राम एवं नगर लेवल पर खाताधारकों को खाता प्रदान करेगा जिनका किसी भी बैंक पर कोई भी अकाउंट नही  है|

सीएससी बैंक मित्र पर कौन रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकता है

1- Bank  मित्र पोर्टल पर केवल सीएसईबीसी  VLE रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकता है |

2-   जिनका account district manager  द्वारा एचडीएफसी बैंक में किया गया हो|

3-  HDFC बीसी लेने के लिए आपको करंट अकाउंट ओपन कराना होता है जोकि एचडीएफसी बैंक पर हो |

4-  एचडीएफसी बीसी लेने के लिए आपके पास पुलिस वेरीफिकेशन और आईआई बीएफ सर्टिफिकेट की आवश्यकता होती है|

 VLE  इस लिंक  http://bankmitra.csccloud.in/ के माध्यम से पोर्टल पर पहुंच जाएंगे उसके बाद आपको से पहले आपको सीएससी पोर्टल पर अपनी आईडी और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन होना है उसके बाद बैंक मित्र पोर्टल पर जाना है वहां पर VLE रजिस्ट्रेशन सेलेक्ट करना है और उसके बाद आपको पोर्टल पर NEW रजिस्ट्रेशन per click ok kar लेना है पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन होने के बाद आपको एक सक्सेसफुली का मैसेज आता है से पता चल जाता है कि आप का रजिस्ट्रेशन हो चुका है यदि एक बार इस पर रजिस्ट्रेशन कर चुके हैं तो दोबारा आपको पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करने की आवश्यकता  नहीं रहेगी|
